16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 ripe Hass avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 yellow onion, small dice
1 tbsp jalapenos, finely chopped (optional)
Bake, boil, or grill 16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast until cooked through (about 15-20 mins). Once chicken is done, shred in a bowl.
In a separate bowl or in a food processor, combine the avocado, onion, lime, cilantro and jalapeno until creamy.
Stir chicken into guacamole and enjoy!!!!
